Returns Policy

At Vandana, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a returns policy. Please read the following terms and conditions carefully to understand how returns and exchanges are handled.

Return Eligibility

Domestic Orders (Within India):

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days from the date of delivery for most products.

International Orders:

  • Returns are accepted within 15 days from the date of delivery for most products.

To be eligible for a return

  • The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the original condition with all tags, packaging, and accessories intact.
  • Products must not be damaged or altered in any way.
  • Items purchased during promotional events or sales may have different return conditions, and these will be communicated to you at the time of purchase.

Return Process

1. Contact Customer Service:

  • Before returning any item, please contact our customer service team at [email protected] to initiate the return process.
  • Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

2. Return Authorization:

  • After reviewing your return request, our team will provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and detailed instructions on how to return the item(s).

3. Return Shipping:

  • Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs unless the item is damaged or defective.
  • We recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as Vandana is not responsible for lost returns.
  • Please send the item(s) back to the address provided by our customer service team, including the Return Authorization Number on the package.

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are not available.

Refund Process

  • Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refunds will be processed to your Vandana wallet used during purchase. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
  • If your return is approved, you will receive a full refund for the price of the item(s) returned. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., a damaged or incorrect item).

Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of receiving your order.
  • We will arrange for a free return or issue a full refund for the damaged product.
  • You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item and packaging for verification.

Order Cancellations

  • Once an order is placed, it is processed immediately. Therefore, cancellations are not possible
  • If your cancellation request is received after the order has been shipped, it will be treated as a return.
